In consideration of value received, I grant Time Capsule Studios LLC, it’s related entities and assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copy and/or use or publish images, photographs, portraits or pictures, videos or narrative of me or in which I may be included, in whole, in part, or composite without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise made through any means of communication (including but not limited to film, displays, print media, television, and the internet) at any place for any lawful purpose whatsoever. I waive the right that I might have to inspect and/or approve the copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. I release and discharge Time Capsule Studios LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from all claims, portraits, pictures, videos, or narrative.
